ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- St. Augustine High School senior Noah Hackney is one of the top prep swimmers in the area. A couple months ago, he also received the highest honor in scouting when he earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.
Hackney hopes to attend the Naval Academy next year. He's also hoping to improve upon last year's performance at the state meet where he finished 9th in the 100 meter backstroke and 19th in the 500 meter freestyle.
