Thanks to HighSchoolSports.net fans for your support of Girls Sports Month!
The Girls Sports Month Game Changer has been crowned. HighSchoolSports.net will continue to support and raise awareness for female athletes as well as provide the much needed recognition and respect they deserve.
Fans and athletes were asked to create and submit videos about girls who have contributed the most to girls' sports. The videos could include interviews, narration, game footage or anything else that shows how athletes have contributed to girls' sports.
HighSchoolSports.net accepted video nominations from February 14 - March 29, then asked fans to vote from April 1-8.
The winner was announced on April 9 and will receive an iPad 2, an in-school trophy presentation, editorial coverage and a $500 donation to her school's athletic department.
