Mascot Battle Rules:
Mascot Battle is cartoon-style, light-hearted game that allows fans to battle the computer in a boxing match using mascot characters. Along with individual battles, fans can also compete in ongoing contest for prizes.
Players must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Get your parent's permission to play.
Each portion of the ongoing contest will last 3 months. After each 3 month phase, the contest results will be locked, winners are declared and announced. The list of winners and list of winning mascots are then reset and the next 3 month phase starts.
Mascot Selection Contest:
Fans can play the Mascot Battle game and if they get a victory, they get a vote. A player can vote for 56 top mascots not currently in the game. If the mascot they want to vote for is not in the list, the player can instead vote for a write-in mascot. The player does not have to be logged-in to do either.
The top vote getting mascots will be displayed in our "Leaderboard" table. The top two vote getting mascots will be created and added to the game as quickly as they can be created and added to the next play period. The top two valid write-in candidates will be added to the voting list to replace the two winning mascots after the votes are reset.
Top Mascot Battler Contest:
If a player is logged in, their individual "wins" will be recorded. There will be a leaderboard for these players displayed with the leading mascots. You must be logged in for these wins to count. The top three logged users with the most wins at the end of each play period (3 months) will be contacted and alerted that they've won prizes. You will have 1 month to claim your prize. If at this time you do not claim your prize the next highest placed player will be contacted.
The prize for 1st place will be:
$250 Gift card to Best Buy
The prize for 2nd place will be:
$100 Gift card to Amazon.com
The prize for 3rd place will be:
$50 Gift card to Game Stop
In the event of a tie, each player will receive an equal share of the prize from the place they finished.
